Royal Family KIDS Camp (RFKC) is a FREE overnight summer experience for children ages 7-11, who have experienced foster care.
Camp Dates: August 4-8, 2025
RFKC consists of 5 fun-filled days of creating memories in a safe and caring environment!
Camp will be held at a beautiful campsite in Ventura County. Pick-up/Drop-off in Westlake Village, Calif.

Please note: There are multiple Royal Family KIDS Camps. Campers may only attend one camp per summer.
Royal Family KIDS Camp Thousand Oaks (RFKC) is a FREE overnight summer camp experience for children in the Ventura or LA County foster care system.
Our heart is to create positive memories for our campers in a fun environment, with loving, safe adults. All volunteers are interviewed, background checked, and trained to serve at our camp. With a 2:1 ratio of safe adults to children, our camp provides 89% more adult supervision than a typical camp (with an average ratio of 6:1). The additional supervision and mentoring is critical to meet the individual needs of our campers in foster care and group home scenarios.
Camp Activities include: swimming, dancing, music, a talent show, engaging Bible stories, thoughtful activities, art projects, cabin stories, dress-up, games on the lawn, lizard catching, tea parties, and a special "Everybody's Birthday" Party celebration!
